Current production time for made to order products is 7-10business days. This DOES NOT include shipping time.

Can I rush my order?

If you're in a rush, we suggest upgrading your shipping method to Fedex(US-FAR EAST) , TNT (EUROPE) and DHL EXPRESS (GERMANY) in 2-3 days.
Free shipping takes at least 15-20 business days and may experience delays due to COVID-19.

International orders are shipped with USPS, FedEx .

Standard Shipping:

  • Everywhere else: Transit time is 15-18business days.

Express Shipping:

  • Everywhere else: FedEx , USP, DHL Express. Transit time is 2-5 business days.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation of orders are accepted within 12 hours and will be refunded in 5-7 business days.
Order cancellation after 12 hours will not be accepted as order is already processed.

To cancel your order, simply send us an email at including your order number and specifying your reasons for cancellation. Our team will cancel the order and refund the amount back on the card used for purchase.

We do not accept return unless the fault was from us.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of delivery.

Ready to ship jewelry:

We accept return within 30 days of delivery. The jewelry must be unworn and returned in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at

Shipping fees are non refundable. If your order was shipped free of charge, a return postage fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once the return is accepted. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
